Where high achievers rebuild their health through better habits.

Bank of Nutrition helps professionals restore energy, reset their metabolism, and create habits that support demanding lives.

Bank of Nutrition exists because too many high-performing people are doing “everything right” and still feel exhausted.

They’re disciplined. They’re driven. They care about their health.

And yet, energy is inconsistent. Focus is slipping. Recovery feels harder than it used to.

We don’t see this as a motivation problem or a willpower issue. We see it as a habits problem.

Not bad habits. Just misaligned habits.

High-demand lives place real stress on the body. When eating patterns don’t support that demand, the body adapts by slowing energy and compromising focus.

Our work is about restoring alignment between how life is lived and how the body functions best.

Bank of Nutrition

Why We Focus on Habits, Not Just Food

We focus on how the body experiences eating.

How often food is coming in.

Whether the body has time to recover.

How repeated daily patterns influence metabolism, stress response, and long-term health.

That’s why Bank of Nutrition is built around a clear, habit-based framework rather than rigid meal plans or short-term fixes. Our goal isn’t compliance. It’s sustainability.

Because real change has to work inside real lives.

✅ Lives with long workdays.

✅ Travel.

✅ Family responsibilities.

✅ Leadership pressure.

The E.A.T.E.N. Framework

Every program at Bank of Nutrition is grounded in the E.A.T.E.N. Framework, a structured approach designed to support metabolic health, recovery, and sustained performance over time.

The framework helps clients:

✅ Understand how their body responds to repeated daily habits

✅ Reduce chronic metabolic stress without adding complexity

✅ Build eating patterns that support energy, focus, and resilience

This is about doing what actually matters… consistently.

Meet Harriott Myers

Harriott Myers is the founder of Bank of Nutrition and the creator of the E.A.T.E.N. Framework.

With over 20 years of experience in clinical and public health nutrition, Harriott’s work sits at the intersection of metabolic science, real-world habits, and the realities of modern life.

She holds a Master’s degree in Urban Public Health Nutrition and a background in Dietetics, graduating magna cum laude.

But what ultimately shaped her approach wasn’t just education. It was years of working with people who were successful on paper and struggling quietly in their bodies.

People who were disciplined, driven, and health-conscious, yet tired all the time. People whose labs were slowly shifting, whose energy was unreliable, and who felt like their body wasn’t keeping up with the life they were leading.

Harriott doesn’t believe the problem is a lack of motivation or effort. She believes it’s a mismatch between how the body is being asked to function and the habits supporting it.

Her work focuses on helping individuals understand how eating frequency, recovery windows, and daily patterns affect metabolic balance over time. Instead of rigid plans or short-term fixes, she teaches structured habits that support energy, focus, and long-term resilience.

Harriott is also a sought-after speaker and educator, known for translating complex nutrition science into clear, practical guidance people can actually apply.

Her philosophy is simple and consistent: your health is shaped by the habits you repeat, not the extremes you attempt.

Who This Work Is For

Bank of Nutrition works with high achievers who want their health to support their life, not compete with it.

Professionals who:

✅ Are tired of relying on caffeine to get through the day

✅ Feel like their energy and focus aren’t as reliable as they used to be

✅ Want a clear, structured approach that fits into demanding schedules

✅ Care about long-term health, not just short-term results

Whether through 1:1 coaching, group programs, or organizational work, our focus stays the same: helping the body function better within the life you’re actually living.

Our Philosophy

We don’t believe in quick fixes.

We don’t believe in chasing trends.

And we don’t believe your body is broken.

We believe your habits hold the answer.

And when those habits are aligned, performance becomes sustainable.

Your health is in your habits

If your energy, focus, or health feels off despite doing “the right things,” a conversation is the best place to start.
